For almost nine years, Pamela has provided banking solutions to homeowners' associations in Orange County, San Diego, Inland Empire and the Coachella Valley. With over 30 years of banking experience, she helps HOAs to streamline their operation to improve efficiency and convenience. Her background also includes branch management.

Pamela is currently a board member of the Orange County Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and a board member and past president of its Greater Inland Empire Chapter. She also serves on several CAI committees in Southern California and has received several awards from the organization, including the Rising Star Award, the Presidents Award and Member of the Year.

In her 30-year career, Pamela has kept abreast of current banking trends and technology through on-going education both through the bank and outside sources. A resident of Alta Loma, CA, she is married and keeps busy with five children and two grandchildren.

Nikki brings more than seven years of association experience as a community association portfolio manager and commercial property manager.

In addition, Nikki holds an active Community Association Industry (CAI) PCAM® designation and current real estate license. As an active member of the association community, Nikki serves as board member for the CAI Bay Area and Central California chapter and as a volunteer on several Executive Council of Homeowners (ECHO) resource and maintenance panels.

As a banker and real estate professional, Nikki takes a consultative approach to providing responsive customer service that meets the unique needs of each of her Northern California customers. Her association experience is complemented by Union Bank's ability to provide the highest level of customer care and operational excellence in the deposit, remittance processing, on-line banking, cash management, investments and loans. When her customers need other banking services outside of Union Bank's Homeowner Association Department, Nikki partners with other departments within the bank to meet their banking needs.

Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sacramento State University. She lives in Walnut Creek and enjoys spending time with her children, golf, traveling, hiking, reading and music. She is also active in Oakland Children's Hospital Score Fore Kids charity and has served as a board member for the past five years.

In 1984, Barbara began her career in the Community Association industry as a portfolio manager of a group of Community Associations. Her broad industry experience includes ownership of a Camarillo-based management company and serving as director of marketing for a community association law firm.

Barbara currently serves on the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Channel Islands Chapter Board of Directors. Additionally, she serves on several committees for both the CAI Channel Islands Chapter and its Greater Los Angeles chapter. Barbara is also active in California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and holds a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) designation.

Barbara imparts her experience and expertise through her work with customers in Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara and Kern counties. She works closely with her customers to determine their banking needs and to create a deposit, cash management and loan program designed to meet and exceed those needs.

Originally from New Jersey, Barbara is a graduate of Trenton State College. She currently resides in Marina del Rey with her husband.

Cindy received her Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the University of California at Long Beach. Her background includes over 20 years experience in property management with the last three years concentrated in Homeowners Associations.

As the Homeowners Association Customer Service manager, Cindy understands the importance of providing extraordinary customer service and strives to meet the needs of all association clients. She works closely with her staff to ensure they can anticipate and meet the needs of all their clients.

Cindy, her husband and three sons enjoy boating and waterskiing.

An expert in helping homeowners associations manage their funds effectively, Mark has focused on meeting the banking needs of HOAs and management companies since 1992. His 27-year banking career includes seventeen years with Union Bank of California, and since 1996 he has been the Industry Manager for Union Bank of California Homeowners Association Banking Services.

A member of several Southern California chapters of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Mark has spoken at CAI events for their Orange County and the Channel Islands chapters, as well as serving on the board of Greater Los Angeles Chapter. He is also active in CACM and ECHO.

Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree and a professional designation in bank management from the University of California at Los Angeles. He also graduated from the America Bankers' Association's Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Appropriately, Mark has served on the association board for the planned community in which he resides with his wife and two children.
